# What is Wealth Mountain?

Learn about how Wealth Mountain works at a high level.

### Wealth Mountain is a triple-pronged investment organization built to achieve the mission of teaching users through leading by example. We have a community-involved whale wallet called the Wealth Portfolio that is publicly visible. The Wealth Portfolio diversifies investments into all areas of DeFi based on the Wealth Mountain Team's expertise and Split Staking Governance.

## Why Wealth Mountain?

Most users in DeFi can only be so active. Wealth Mountain is taking the hard part out of active investing by allowing everyone to contribute to diversified investments across the DeFi landscape. Our true goal is to take advantage of this bear market and let our community be a part of it. The Wealth Portfolio is actively managed by the Wealth Mountain Team. Profits generated by Wealth Portfolio investments are distributed amongst our community. Rewards will be dependent on type of staking.

## The mission to generate #MORE\_WEALTH

DeFi has been and will continue to be one of the most fascinating ecosystems to ever exist. From the inception of cryptocurrencies to the innovation of Smart Contracts, we've seen the impossible happen nearly every single day. DeFi is one the fastest changing environments to ever exist and millionaires are being made overnight. The Wealth Mountain Team grew along-side Decentralized Finance and we've been closely involved in DeFi every step of the way.&#x20;

We firmly believe that it's possible for everyone to truly generate #MORE\_WEALTH if we work together, share information, collaborate, and invest as a community. People often wonder why whales tend to win while smaller users can't seem to get the gains they've wanted.&#x20;
